Indeed I did pet SEVERAL kangaroos, as well as an Albino wallaby that I had held when she was a baby several years ago! The people who run the farm actually live there, so basically theyโre getting paid to have people pet their pets ๐. Absolutely worth it. This one was so totally relaxed in the sun shine that I just wanted to use his body as a pillow and snuggle with him (except that it was kinda smelly on the ground because of ๐ฉ). 1/3

That one was so sweet! He was extremely soft, almost like a cross between rabbit fur, but kinda thick like alpaca wool. If you look closely the ear on his right side (left from my POV from the pic) is missing a chunk. A lot of these kangaroos are rescued. No, this wasnโt in Australia ๐. It was actually about 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit outside ๐ so they were soaking up some sunshine!

They had a large tortoise, as well as male and female peacocks (you couldnโt pet those lol) and like a billion chickens (one had some chicks trailing behind - perfect for Easter!) which also couldnโt be pet. They had a llama 2 alpacas, which were really funny. 3 donkeys, two goats (they were SWEET!) and some lemurs (they definitely couldnโt be pet haha). Oh and 2 emus. I fed one ๐

๐แด๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ข๐ I believe this one is male! The males tend to be larger than the females. Unfortunately this was not my kangaroo, nor would I have the space and resources to care for one! But I have three dogs which plenty. Look at my SUPER LONG comments above pls ๐
