Diane, Iโ€™m still following you. Iโ€™ve had so many unresolved problems with this app since March 2020. Iโ€™m so disgusted too. Iโ€™m losing art, canโ€™t access activity log, re-liking/commenting, somehow those that Iโ€™m following drop off, the list goes on and on. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ฃ๐Ÿ˜”

Have refollowed. Stay on Recolor to restore. They should be able to. I donโ€™t know if this what happened in your case but I know several people who lost everything because they accidentally didnโ€™t sign into their account with the original id and password they used when they set up their account. When you do this instead of taking you into your existing account Recolor opens a new account for you. โ˜น๏ธโ˜น๏ธ

Reading your troubles makes me heartsick. ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ขWe pay a lot, we comment, we like, we color only to have it disappear. . . had heard that the ReColor App, etc. is for sale. The original owners had a good thing and when they sold to the company who has us now they did nothing. . . so up for sale again. Hope the new people listen to our complaints and issues and straighten it out. Please let us know if you are able to retrieve your artwork. Good Luck. I am following you.

@Maurice , thank you. I sent a message to them. I asked how to change my email address & they didnโ€™t answer me. The one they had on file doesnโ€™t work. I guess this account is under my new email. Iโ€™ll keep checking to see if they contact me back! ๐ŸŒบ
