Love this quote from Jane Austen. It’s so true. I just finished rereading Heartless by Marissa Meyer (100% recommend) and I’m almost sad that I finished it. 😭

✨ aotd: I’m halfway through The Summer I Turned Pretty. It’s really fun and the main character is such a real teenager. She’s annoying but real and relatable. So different from most YA teens.

Aotd: I’m currently reading a lot of books rn 😅 too many to remember all the names, but a lot of them are from C.S Lewis! I really love him, he’s an incredible author! 🥰💙💗🦋

Aotd: my Bible. Also, I just finished Life of Pi. Very good, sad, & a little graphic… but good. I’m thinking of starting Dune relatively soon

I’ve a week left to finish 2 books for 2 book clubs. The one I’m reading now is Half Life by Jillian Cantor. It’s about Madame Marie Curie the first woman to win a Noble Prize and the first to win twice. I’m really enjoying it. One half is her life story and the other is what if she made a different choice. The other book is The House of Kwa by Mimi Kwa, historical memoir on southern China.
