1 year ago@Dee Van Oh, they have several coffee style "shakes." My personal favorite is the Vanilla Latte, followed by Café Au lait, Mocha latte. They also have a Chai Tea that isn't that bad.
I get mine at Walmart. I really love that vanilla one ... mmmmm

1 year ago@TracyNWOregon🌲 I’m sorry they were not more compassionate. I am guessing they don’t live on, or have loved ones on site. They really should be grateful to have someone with character and a sense of responsibility, taking care of the place. I do get the double edged sword situation. I feel similarly blessed about our business. It allows us to work from home which gives us more family time. However, we also have to put in crazy hours to make it work…Stay safe my friend. ❤️

I had no idea she was talking about you Tracy… I’m so sorry to you both, it’s all a bit high school, strange thing is I noted she has a Bible verse from psalms in her little bio section. It makes me sad that some people start unnecessary nonsense,bringing drama everywhere they go. My advice,ignore them! Keep being you. I reported it for 2 days and then wrote them as she/he still had the others published! They banned the person, so they told me.
I can handle most anything and am super open minded but that was too much! I get bothered with women being depicted as beaten ... but I only ever turned in one as it seemed to

I had another cervical MRI today, I think the disc below the replaced one, is now in need of replacing. They did a contrast as the issue could be scar tissue. Then my endocrinologist hasn't a clue on what goes on with me, so I have to get up at the butt crack of dawn, drive over to Vancouver and get labs to check pituitary function. Next week ...
I really hope I have gotten out all the trauma for the year ... oh wait, I just watched

As to Ramen and your being sick ... eat it and feel better!! I live a low carb life 85% of the time, I have to, or I will be back up to too much. But I really detest having to eat that way ... but honestly, it have eliviated my depression significantly. Valuable calories and no sugar or wheat, does wonders!
