1 year agoAwww what a cutie. Sorry youโre also not feeling well Karen . This is my second week on steroids and anti biotics and Iโm still feeling awful. Itโs not covid that test is clear. Hope you start to feel better real soon.

No fever or chills and Iโm breathing ok just this horrible congestion in my 1 lung - which is scary - and non stop coughing - makes me feel weak - I didnโt test for Covid but I had it once and this is nothing like that was - thank God Willow do they think you have pneumonia ?

1 year ago@Peyz33 aka Karen ๐บ๐ธ ๐๐ Iโm not sure where you live Karen but in Scotland the cough you mentioned is affecting a lot of people along with a bad cold. I saw the doctor on Friday and he examined me and said it was a lower lung infection. There was no mention of pneumonia. I have COPD through years of smoking which doesnโt help when an infection lands in my lungs. Iโm sure I caught this in hospital when I was taken in with a high heart rate and kept over night.

1 year ago@Peyz33 aka Karen ๐บ๐ธ ๐๐ If youโve got congestion in your lung you might need an anti biotic. Our daughter had symptoms like yours and it took her over 2 weeks to recover. Sheโs never smoked and was told the cough was due to a chest infection. The advice she got was to have hot showers and use a menthol rub on her chest. I hope you feel better soon Karen. There seems to be a lot of bugs going round and according to my doctor itโs due to people not wearing masks now.

So far itโs on the normal path of a bad cold - I am a lung cancer survivor with only 1 lung so I am very cautious - hopefully itโs just a cold ๐๐ผ- I hope you start to feel better soon ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
