@Peyz33 aka Karen ♥️🇺🇸 I have no idea, but Recolor sucks a lot lately. I was trying to post last night. I got knocked off & had to sign back in. Every time I tried to sign in it said my email is wrong. Then it wanted me to verify & they sent a verify the email we sent it too. I don’t use that email, so I didn’t get it. Somehow I messed around trying to get back on & got through, but I lost everything. I’m very upset & very angry with Recolor. I pay a lot of money for this app & look what happened.

@Grandmafloyd (Deborah) I was trying to post things last night. I got locked out & had to sign back in, I tried & it wouldn’t let me. I tried everything, I was so upset. I sent a message to Recolor, but they sent a message to my old email & I didn’t get it. I messed around this morning & got back on, only to find out everything is gone. I sent a new message asking how to get everything back. So upset 🌺

Absolutely adorable, so sorry @1020reno aka Diane 🌺🇺🇸, this happened to me two years ago....after a few emails back and forth with Recolor they fixed the problem I got my gallery back, that is why there two of me when search my name.🤗❤️🤗
