** Update**. My sister, Michele is on standby for Emergency Surgery. She had surgery a week ago on Friday. During the original surgery the surgeon cut into the Dural Mater which caused a leak. The leak was CSF ( Cerebrospinal Fluid ). An infection as set in and now the surgeon has go back in and evacuate the blood clot and infection. She is experiencing so much pain and other serious symptoms. Yesterday (Friday) was one of her worst days. Her BP kept dropping and Michele broke down crying

1 year ago* continued * Also, the hematoma is causing severe stenosis and compression on her spinal cord. Michele is saying things that broke me inside. My sister is a RN and is so used to being the strong one and taking care of others. To see and hear her like this is so hard. I just want to take away all the pain and everything else. I’m sharing all this with y’all cause I need to vent and just break down myself. My sisters are my heart. I just don’t know what do.

1 year agoBeautiful. Sensational artwork. So sorry to hear your sister is not getting better. It doesn't sound good at all. I'd be very upset with the surgeon. Pray he does a better job of cleaning up his mess. I'm sure your sister is in a lot of pain and that's not easy for anyone to take. I'm keeping you both in my prayers. My older brother is my heart, he taught me how to walk and talk. But he's dying from liver disease and only has about 3 months to live. He lives in another state and I can't

1 year agoIt sound like what I have experienced. I had a hematoma in my spinal cord for seven days. The pain felt unbearable. Please push for them to immediately remove the clot. It is causing irreversible brave damage ever second it remains. My clot was causing so much pressure it piped out in the floor once they opened the spinal cord. It has left me a paraplegic with nerve pain below T/10 but you adjust and keep on living. If you have any farther questions for me don’t hesitate to ask.

1 year agoi love this sweetness and i love you and so so sorry yout sister Michele is going through such turmoil CSF leaks are no joke i will pray extra hard the drs get this all under control and get her on the road to fully healing and recovering.
