Got the old chores done, listened to it rain buckets and made a taco salad for dinner. Taking this for Rosa tomorrow, too.
My low carb version: iceberg lettuce, radishes, avocado, seasoned beef, cheese and my dressing is picante with sour cream mixed in.
Of course I want dessert now ... but I got rid of it. 😭🤣

1 month agoThis is absolutely exquisite, Tracy 🤎🤎🤎 That low carb taco salad sounds delish! My husband and I do low carb too so I’ll have to try! Something that helps me when I get a sweet tooth is Quest Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. If you like Reese’s, these taste just like them! They’re expensive but worth every penny. Good night 🌙

1 month ago@Beachgrl (Carol) 🇺🇸❄️❤️ I used to use Atkins sweets, but all of them are so loaded with Malitol, that I can't eat them. Malitol is a sugar alcohol with causes gastrointestinal issues such as bloating, gas and diarrhea.
Sorbitol, which is used also, is technically a laxative for babies.
Last night I had celery and peanut butter ... it helped, lol.
